I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Solstice (Chicago, IL) in June 2019
Interview
The interview process was quite simple. it started with a phone interview from HR which then led into an at home coding challenge. The coding challenge is timed and based off of both accuracy and efficiency. After the Coding Challenge I had a 30 min technical phone call with one of their developers over my answers to the coding challenge. The next step was an in person interview with two more developers which I worked with in creating a solution to a problem. That lasted 1 hour, after which I met with a technical director.
