I ran into Rick at Solutia's booth at a career fair, and that is how I learned of Solutia. That conversation was followed by a 20-30 minute phone screen. Then next step was a 30 minute in-person interview with two of Solutia's team members. The final step was a series of back-to-back interviews with Solutia's leadership team. Two of the leadership team members hosted the first interview, and then I met with another one of the leadership team members right after. Each of those conversations lasted about 45 minutes.
