Interview
I had three rounds of interviews. Team was extremely personable and communicative. Had all three interviews within a week and received my offer the following week. Best interview experience I've had thus far

Interview
The interview process was five rounds in total. Each round suggested that candidates would receive follow-up, whether positive or negative. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Once the company is no longer interested, communication stops entirely. Despite this, they still ask candidates to complete a feedback survey, which comes across as unprofessional.
During the interviews themselves, preparation seemed minimal. Each interviewer had only one question prepared, then quickly turned it back to me to ask questions. Multiple interviewers also spoke negatively about the previous person in the role, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. If the questions were going to be the same across multiple rounds, a panel interview would have been more respectful of candidates’ time.
The third round with the controller highlighted these concerns. She mentioned she had another candidate lined up immediately after me and referenced filling out a rubric on my performance. The delivery made it clear I would not be moving forward, and it would have been more professional to keep internal evaluation processes private.
Overall, the process came across as disorganized and dismissive of candidates’ time and effort. I would recommend either assigning someone to help manage interview logistics and communication, as this is not the first review noting issues with follow-up from Sandrina, or being upfront with candidates about next steps. If it's truly the intention to follow up with shortlisted candidates, it seems she has too heavy of a workload and needs assistance. It is far better to set the expectation that only selected candidates will receive follow-up than to suggest otherwise and then leave people waiting for weeks. The good news is if you are selected to move forward, Sandrina responds to you in less than 24 hours. So unless they take this feedback into consideration and improve their transparency and communication, I would suggest moving on if you haven't heard a response within a day of interviewing.

Question 1
Are you open to doing things that are not HR Related?
I received a templated email within maybe a day of applying, asking me to set up a time for an interview and provided a Calendly link. When I clicked the link, it showed no times available for April (this was mid-April) and did not allow me to go to the next month. I reached out to Sandrina, who sent the email, to let them know the link was broken. No response. I followed up about a week later and Sandrina said she was OOO when I first reached out, but provided some times to meet. I responded and was then sent an invite for the following Monday. Sandrina was a no-show. I reached out to her after about 10 mins to see if we were still on for our call, no response. Completely ghosted. Disrespectful of my time (of course I spent time prepping and now writing this review), and very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
