Interview
Very friendly. Went through headhunter. Looked them up on Linked In ahead of time. Was not prepared for how much IT background they expected me to have. Thought I had an extensive background, but I did not articulately this properly. The interviewer was very friendly, and said they did not expect anyone to know every piece of software they were using, so it appeared they realized there would be a learning curve. Unclear what the minimum knowledge baseline is.

What was your past experience with iT management Consulting? Give a past scenario where you had difficulty with personnel.
Completed initial phone screen and interview. Fairly straight forward. After completion had me complete a project and send to them. Extremely slow hiring process and getting back to you. The hiring process can be a reflection of culture so I declined.
