Quick interview process with a range of topics covered and exposure to different team members across the organization. Started with hiring manager, then HR, a cognitive interview, peer, and executive.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Solv in Oct 2023
Interview
Recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, presentation with hiring manager & team lead, interview with peers. Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. The communication via email was lacking with the recruiter and hiring manager, so I felt pretty disconnected from the process. I really enjoyed my peer interviews - I had a super positive experience with the peers & left feeling like I had landed the job.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a client who wanted to end their partnership. How did you handle the conversation?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Solv (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Connected on angel.co and was contacted immediately to set up some time. No response, so I kept reaching out weekly. For three weeks. Finally set up a phone call, HM was really friendly but kept commenting on how weird the culture was. Likely a quirky environment, company trying to establish traditions. Set up an interview during the call. Had a good onsite, everything seemed positive, HM mentioned there'd be an excel simulation and wanted to move forward with an additional onsite. Reached out weekly with no response for the next five weeks... HM finally responded and said okay, when are you available? I gave them my availability and got no response. Gave up. The interview process is lacking a lot of communication and respect for applicants' time. Would have been nice to be in contact, even if you're stating that you don't have time, and will follow up at a later time, instead of talking to a ghost.
