Mostly consists of technical problems. Can be challenging but not unreasonably so. Be prepared to answer questions about heat exchangers, pumps, and distillation. The people were friendly and happy to answer questions about their company. There was plenty of time for questions (other companies I have interviewed with only give you time for two or three).
