The process consisted of three interviews. First was a HR screening call to confirm fit and salary expectations. The HR person though had very little knowledge of the actual role or work site. Next was a virtual interview with the facility director to go over skills and fit. He had a script of questions with different situations. Last was an on site interview consisting of two back to back 3-person panels. One was with site leadership and one with technical leaders. From application to decision, it took three months.
