One round of phone interview; one in-person interview (committee style with three interviewers) and one follow-up phone interview with C-Level executive. The phone interview was professional but relaxed and the interviewer was very respectful. The onsite was equally cordial and I was treated very respectfully throughout the process. To a person, everyone I interacted with during the interview process was a pleasure to engage with. I was being considered for three jobs and because of my experience with the interview process with Solver, it was my driving factor in the decision to join upon receiving their offer.
