Simple but effective. Email received outlining expectations of follow-up (when to expect a phone call, etc.). Interview was about 45 minutes discussing a mix of my background and how it would fit in to the Account Manager position as well as the growth path in the company. Left interview feeling like I had enough time to talk about myself and learn more about Solvy Seven.

They contacted me the day after I submitted my application. I have only done the phone interview so far. Very informative, few questions to answer. I talked to the Director of Operations who walked me through the process of moving up in the company. The job wasn't exactly what I expected. You have to go to a retailer and try to sell a product. This positions seems to be entirely commissioned based. I was offered an in-person interview at the end of the phone screen. This is scheduled for next week
