Interview
It was a very laid back interview. The lady just asked me to tell her about myself. It was more of a conversation. She asked my availability. But we never talked pay. The lady said I would hear from her by the end of the day but I didn't. She called me back almost a week later with an offer. I would have accepted but once I asked her about the pay, I declined.

Interview
Interview was fairly easy. The employees will greet you and introduce themselves when you walk in or about to leave. You will be asked about your employment history, availability, and if you are currently in school or employed.

Interview
They gave me a scenario that a customer was going to the Bahamas for her one year anniversary and I needed to pick out items for the customer to take with her on her vacation. After that, the store manager took me to the back and asked me general questions about past experiences with customers. But since this would be my first job she had to tweak them a bit. It was an easy interview overall. The only issue I had was that you have to meet a sales quota and she said that store wasn't very busy so it makes it hard to do that. And I also did not like that she said the girls that work there usually only work 4 hour shifts. The salary is basically minimum wage and you get a bonus if you meet your sales quotas but I found the situation to be a bit too stressful for me and it would be hard to make money if you're only working 4 hours a day for a few days per week. She offered me the job on the spot but I had another interview elsewhere and told her I would need a few days to think about it.
