Major questions are asked on the technical aspects and achievements in prior employment if applicable. First few questions are based on your personality, your achievements . Then on the technical round starts with very basic questions to ascertain ones foundation in the subject. For lab related work, the candidate is asked to perform some simple assays in their lab if the candidate is selected in the first technical round.
