I applied through a career fair. Shortly after I was called in to do a meet and greet dinner with employees and other university applicants from NYU and RPI. It was followed by an in person coding test the next day which was taken in the same room with other applicants. After the test, we had one on one reviews on the test with the engineers and behavioral interview.
