I had my first interview with HR and moved forward to the next stage. One week later, I had a second interview with the hiring managers. Three days later, I completed a third technical interview with the technical team.
The technical assessment was completed successfully; however, the test content seemed only partially related to the role, as it focused mainly on Google Sheets management.
During the hiring process, the company requested references from former supervisors. One of my references mentioned receiving a questionnaire with approximately 18 questions.
A few days later, HR informed me that they were still waiting for responses from some of the contacts provided. I asked HR to specify which references had not responded. More than 15 days later, HR informed me that the reference check process had been completed and that they would contact me again if additional requirements were needed.
At the end of the month, I followed up requesting feedback. Despite the length of the hiring process, I did not receive detailed feedback regarding the outcome.
Overall, the process involved multiple stages and extended timelines, but communication regarding final feedback could have been more transparent.
