Very unprofessional and many HR personnel will reach out and keep you hanging after an interview. They don't care about their applicants and the timeline process is very vague! Do not apply. Waste of time.
The process included the following steps in order: 1) Initial interview, 2) Recruiter interview, and 3) Final interview with client. If not accepted, recruit will atill try to match you with a different account.
