waste of time. it will take you 1-2 months then the client will just decide to not move forward because of “internal” business changes or the client decided to put the hiring on hold. Video intro is even required and they have assessments. It’s really a waste of time believe me.

Very friendly process, the recruiters politely give follow-up emails. The pitch video, where you make an introductory pitch, is 1 minute long and okay compared to other companies that ask you to keep talking for 3-4 minutes

Recruiting processes today are NOT GOOD, the amount of times I´ve been ghosted and left in the air is unmeasurable.
