Really straightforward interview cycle: a first HR screening, a call with technical leaders, a technical interview on architecture and leadership principles. If I recall well - this happened months ago honestly - there should have been another final call if I was to continue. Very open and honest as every process should be, no trick questions or senseless trivias. The people department was super supportive and followed back even after I've been rejected with useful information and feedback. Would definitely try to join again :)
