I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sonablate Corp.
Interview
Phone screen, then an interview with their HR person, and then with the VP of Corporate Affairs. The process was smooth and it allowed me to ask as many questions as possible, with no pressure.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How have you dealt with constant turnover in certain positions?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sonablate Corp. (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2017
Interview
Very straightforward phone interview with several questions mainly pertaining to various technical skills required for the position. No hypothetical or "out there" questions. Interviewer was very pleasant and knowledgeable about technical aspects of the company and what they were looking for in an engineer.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sonablate Corp. in May 2015
Interview
I applied via University portal. First round was general behavioral questions followed by an onsite interview at their facility in Charlotte.
General about how will you tackle unknown project and so on were asked. The onsite interview was sort of technical/general knowledge based. I liked that they gave me their machine to play with for 10-15 mins and asked the observations. Rather than 'what' you know they see 'how' you learn.
