Excellent recruitment process, consisting of several phases. In a first phase it consists of aptitude tests and then a set of phases that lead to the final placement.
The whole process is conducted in English, however it is not an intrave for acceptance.

Interview
With the aim of a perfect match, you have the opportunity to have up to 6 interviews with business leaders, so that they know more about your set of skills. Some interviews are more focused on knowing you and others on your ability to solve technical questions. The recruitment process is mainly in english, however most of the interviews (the final phase) are in portuguese.
After sending the CV, there is a round of online assessment tests. If you pass, you have to do a five minute presentation pitch with later on questions. Then, there is an informal meeting setting where you can ask the business leaders questions about their unit. The final step is the interview.

Question 1
The interviews vary from each business leader. Some ask more professional/personal questions, such as experiences. Others ask more company focused questions such as new investments the company is currently on, mitigation plans and what changes to implement.
