The interview process consisted of 3 rounds and was mainly focused on SQL, technical troubleshooting, and real-time support scenarios.
L1 was completely technical with strong SQL-based questions.
L2 focused on technical discussions along with production/support scenarios.
L3 was with a Senior Manager and included advanced scenario-based discussions and support handling questions.
The technical interview experience was good overall, and the panel members were knowledgeable. After clearing all rounds, HR informed me that my profile was selected and background verification was initiated.
However, after around 2 weeks of follow-ups, I was informed that the positions were already filled. Communication from HR could have been more transparent regarding the hiring status.
