disorganized, disrespectful and true representation of their company culture (or lack of). prepare for them to think they are a tech company, set up many interviews of 30 minute time slots that they rush through, tell you nothing actually about the job or company, end at exactly 30 minutes, miss multiple calls, reassign or reschedule multiple calls due to recruiter errors, provide you no actual direction of the process and then cap it off with a “challenge” that takes hours of your time for only one of the many 30 min calls to yell you the “challenge” is a bunch of BS. best of luck to them. no surprised stock price is down to $4… yikes before someone aquires them.

The process took over 2 months and I invested about 15 hours in it between prep, interview time and the 5 hour challenge exercise. Sonder is an interesting company with a lot going for it. The people I met and spoke with are high caliber and passionate about their jobs. It is an interesting company disrupting an industry. Their interview process is rigorous, clearly has a purpose, and I found fun and interesting. The "challenge exercise" is timed and admittedly I didn't do well for various reasons but I don't believe the situation reflects reality but obviously not my call, it's theirs. I knew after the challenge I wouldn't be moving on. However, I would have expected that after two months and so much time invested in the process I would have been given the professional courtesy of some sort of communication stating so. I received no feedback, no thank you for your time but we are moving on with other candidates, no email, text, phone call. Nothing. Poor form in my opinion. I expected far more from this company promoting superior guest experience doing great things in the industry.
