Took 3 interviews, 2 virtual and 1 face-to-face, which took almost 4 hours out of my weekdays, only to not even be informed about the outcome unless I asked myself. It’s extremely unprofessional and shows very little consideration for a candidate’s time and effort, especially for such a small role.

Question 1
Previous experience + scenarios which are not too complex
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sonder (Sydney) in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied via the website. I received a call from the internal talent acquisition person about 2 weeks later. I had a phone interview which was the usual questions, at which point I was invited to a face to face interview at the Sydney office. I was interviewed by the team leader and the head of nursing. I was very nervous but the team leader was lovely and made me feel comfortable. After the interview I waited about a week before I was contacted by the talent acquisition person who told me that I would be contacted within a week with the outcome of my interview. This never happened unfortunately. I never received a call or email advising me of the outcome. I understand that getting feedback at application stage is the norm for most companies but not having the courtesy of a phone or email advising you you're not successful is not professional. Especially surprising for a company that works in the mental health space.
