I had an interview with HR, who was very friendly and thoughtful. The conversation was smooth, and the questions were relevant. Cverall, a positive experience.
However, I was told that this role had previously been open in SC, where a candidate had reached final stages before the team decided to “shift to another market” and reopen it in PA. While not ideal, I understand that priorities can change.
After not hearing back, I followed up and was informed that “there has been a shift in business needs, and leadership is reassessing the role and department.” This suggests the same situation has happened again, which raises concerns about planning and decision-making. It’s disappointing to see candidates’ time not being fully respected.
