Meeting with the recruiter, questionnaire on general networking questions, followed by an interview with a department head and HR rep (I believe). Little if any technical networking questions, more general.

Phone call with HR to go over the job and if you want to interview. Then interview with head of Customer Experience department. Short 15 minute interview just asking about work experience and what kind of work environment you like/don't like.
