One interview with the manager. He was pretty intense but have since learned other managers are easier-going. Had to wait for background check, which took a while, but then was able to start work.

Interview
came in for an interbiew, it was a one step interview process with the General manager. Asked me default questions about my serving experience and described a bit about the job itself and then I was asked if I wanted to join the team
The interview process was fairly simple. They asked great questions and were very understanding when I had certain requests for scheduling. During the interview, they asked certain questions about what I would in realistic situations. Overall, the hiring staff was great.
