Very easy. They hired me the same day as the interview. No formal questions. Everything was about personal interests. Getting a hold of the manager took some time however.

One of my friends recommended the job to me and told me they had spots open, so went for it, I dressed nicely and I came in to the store and met the head manager, who talked me through the employment forms and what and what not to fill in on them, then we scheduled another time for him to show me around and how to do the job. (Very lax interview). Then I took the online barbecue quiz which I promptly failed, but he said not to worry about it and that I would still get the job

Precise and to the point, ask a lot of questions and did not tell me that was the wrong answer in fact they told me to take my time and answer to the best of my ability
