Three rounds of interviews. Recruiter, hiring manager (sales manager) and final interview with director of sales.
Recruiter was helpful and kind. Hiring manager asked standard questions revolving around experience and work situations.
Last interviewer seemed detached, put-off by me asking about his volunteering experience.
Sent thank you messages to all attendees. No initial response. After reaching out to the sales manager and director for feedback on my profile, the recruiter reached back out with a generic, improperly formatted and cold response.
In retrospect, this sales vertical needs an injection of flavor and energy. Seems a bit stale.
