Sonova interview questions

Seven rounds of interviews only to be ghosted. 7 rounds. 1. Initial call with a recruiter 2. Take-home assignment 3. Talk with Hiring Manager 4. Talk with Hiring Manager's Boss 5. Talk with the International Team 6. In-person Panel Interview Vibe Check. 7. Final interview with Hiring Manager After 7 interviews, I was told that it was down to me and one other person and they couldn't decide so after all of that and a work assignment I was told... "Give us your final pitch. Why should we choose you?" I was told to wait. I checked in after 2 weeks and was told there was a delay in the decision-making process. I checked in after another 2 weeks and was told to wait. It has now been 6 months, and I still haven't received an offer or a rejection. Sonova/AB has a deeply unserious and outdated hiring process.

The process was incredibly unprofessional. I had an interview with HR, and after a few days, I was informed that I was moving on to the manager's interview. The manager's interview went very well, and he even invited me to an on-site case study, saying the HR representative would give me the details. That never happened. I sent two follow-up messages, and they didn't even bother to reply. I was completely ghosted. Please don't do this to candidates; it's extremely unprofessional, and it costs nothing to simply reply that you weren't selected.
