Sony Project Lead interview questions

Usually three rounds ,first one is very basic level ,process related knowledge and concepts ,superficial technical questions.Second round was deep dive into the technology and taken by on-site US/Japan counterparts.Third is managerial/diretcor level involves HR as well.Package ,notice period, buyout,joining bonus is decided . They are very quick to roll out the offer if they like you and select immediately if the requirement is urgent. Hope it helps :)
