I applied as a fresher. This process included 4 steps:
1. Technical Test - It includes various questions related to core technologies like Java, C, C++, OOPS concepts, Data Structure etc.
2. IQ Test - It is an algorithmic test. You need to calculate values for algorithms.
3. Group Discussion (No eliminations) - Any current topic is given. This round in a non eliminating round and they will inform you prior to this round.
4. Personal Interview - In this round your core knowledge will be judged. Questions will be asked about your project work, technology, data structures and your personal interests as well.
