Interview
The interview process is structured in two-three parts. First you will have a chat with your recruiter, and a manager at Sopra Steria. Here you will have the opportunity to present yourself, your experiences, etc, while they talk about Sopra Steria as a company.
The second part is a technical interview. Here you will do a live coding case. The case varies, but you can expect to get a case that seems familiar to what you will do as a consultant day to day. You will probably be asked to write unit tests as well.
For the third part, you will talk to HR, a manager etc, and possibly get an offer.
