- Phone: Phone interview with the recruiter, with a set list of questions (who then transcribed the interview for them)
- Face-to-face: Relaxed a friendly, I really enjoyed my interview.

Interview
Two stage interview process, the first stage consisting of a telephone interview and the second stage a face to face interview.
During the first stage you are asked a set of technical questions and probed on your knowledge of agile.
During the second stage you are interviewed by a scrum master and two developers. You are asked to go reverse order through your CV and talk about each of your roles and your degree.
After that you are given three problems to solve on a white board. Two consisted of writing pseduo-code and the other was a design problem (UML knowledge is useful here).
After the white board session you are asked another set of technical questions. Then to finish up you are told about the benefits of the company and given a tour of the office.
