Sosandar interview questions

First stage interview over Microsoft Teams video call. Informal 30 minute conversation with the Head of People, running through experience/CV. Second stage interview, presented to 2 members of SLT on short task. Ran through experience & competency based questions. Third stage, 20 minute informal conversation with member of SLT

Interview process was easy. I was asked beforehand to draw some CADS. At the interview, I was asked about my previous experience and showed my portfolio. I was given the offer at the end of the interview
