I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Soshace in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process took one week.
First was an interview with HR manager, just talked about myself, my past experiences and which technologies I used on that. Also about my way to think about problems and some experiences that I could face on my daily life as a programmer.
Second interview was with a Tech Lead and here I strugled because I was not prepared to the commom whiteboard questions like "Find the best algorithm to solve this problem" and etc.
I received two questions in a skype meeting and need to answer each one in 15 minutes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are continuously working to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment steps. Though algorithmic tasks are important, we added technical questions to our final interview in order to diverse it.
Thanks again. We appreciate your time and feedback!
