I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Soturi (New Tulsa, OK) in Aug 2015
Interview
They seemed really nice and they really explained the big picture. Took you out to lunch and paid for everything. Genuinely nice people for the most part. They did a a first through third round interview process that took up an ample amount of time. The only down side was how long the second round interview took. I was in by 12:45 and didn't leave until about 3:30.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Soturi
Interview
There are three levels of interviewing for this job, which is not a training opportunity but a door to door marking scheme just like an insurance company. Cold call then door to door.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Soturi (Tulsa, OK) in June 2015
Interview
My interview was the same as the others already posted. First interview was 10 minutes. They said it was "just to get a feel for me". They called me back later that evening for a second interview. The person assigned to me took me to subway. It was a couple hours long.
They don't really lay the job out clearly until the second interview. It's a commission job. Requires traveling to people's homes for sales. All of this was explained during the second interview. If they had explained it clearly in the first interview instead of throwing around buzz words to seem like a big deal then I probably wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs with a second interview. They called and offered me the job the same day after the second interview. I turned down the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had to tell the girl about myself and my life growing up. She asked me about my priorities in work. Gave me some information about he business and quizzed me on it later in the interview.
