I did one zoom interview. I wasn’t really asked many questions, the interviewer just kept talking. When I tried to talk about my experience or how it relates to what she said she just glossed over it like it wasn’t important and she didn’t care to actually hear me speak. I was told the next steps and asked when I could do a second interview, then they ghosted me. Pretty rude for a company that claims to have an amazing culture and care about people/the planet. They couldn’t even send a generic “we decided to go with someone else” email so I’m not sitting around wondering what’s going on?
