I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Vancouver, BC) in June 2017
Interview
Positive interview process, I was contacted promptly after I applied online. I had a 15 minute phone conversation with recruiter and the following week went in to interview in person at a coffee shop down the street from the SoulCycle location. Fairly easy interview, friendly and casual.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SoulCycle in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online. Had a phone screen 2 days later. It was pretty casual, nothing too difficult. Personally, I don't really like phone screens, so I didn't do as well as I hoped. Needless to say, I was never contacted again after that. For any business/company/organization, the least they could do is email you to say you didn't get the position. It's simple common courtesy which takes no longer than 40 seconds.
