I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (New York, NY) in June 2019
Interview
Got an email about a week after submitting an application to set up a phone interview. Phone interview took about 10 minutes. Took about 2 weeks for them to email me back to set up an in person interview. I was not yet in the city, so we scheduled the interview for when I got there. By the time I got there that specific studio was no longer hiring, but he didn't tell me until after my interview. Luckily he sent my resume and a referral to another nearby studio that was hiring. They emailed me the next day and I went in for an interview. I heard back about a week and a half later that I got the position.
Very simple and quick. Easy to schedule and met on zoom and was done within 30 minutes of chatting with manager at location. Gave mostly logistics rather than asking questions.
Very casual, met with studio manager and assistant manager. After the initial interview they may invite you in for a free class. Pretty straightforward questioning. Applied and heard back in less than 2 weeks.

Question 1
Here at SoulCycle we can sometimes have to get messy. Has there ever been a situation in which you had to get your hands dirty and how did you go about it?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Hoboken, NJ) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very relaxed, interviewed with two managers. Interview was online and they asked about my experience with soul cycle and my hours/ availability. They also asked if I had any relevant background for the job in customer service
