Interview
It was very informal and quick. I could tell the interviewer was not super excited to be there and it made me feel the same way. I am a student and the hours that they were requesting seemed like a joke.

What do you do if a client gets their feet stuck on the straps?
Easy interview process. Applied online then got a call from the studio manager. Had a phone call and then in person meet. Got the offer a few days later and accepted.
the interview was very chill and relaxed. interviewed once and heard back pretty much immediately. no hard questions; basically just seeing if you are a good fit and can talk to people.
Easy simple questions big focus on availability and customer service skills. They stress always finding the yes for the client and providing an overall great experience. Weekends are mandatory so be sure to include that in your availablity.
