Off-site:
Phone Screening (30 minutes). Informal technical conversion with one of the engineers to gauge interest in the field and overlapping skills with job requirements.
On-site
1. Technical Presentation (45 minutes) - powerpoint presentation on your research
2. Technical Interview (2 hours) - discussion with major technical leads about skills, the field, and some circuits/devices.
