1st stage intro interview went well. Following that they wanted a second the day after - was left on Zoom with no show. Face-to face presentation was booked for the following Monday (from Thurs) to work on a strategic plan based on a brief (2.5 hours work). Due to unforseen circumstances I could no longer make this time so a zoom called was booked for 8pm the same day. 15 minutes waiting on zoom and no show (they had a powercut). Following this they cancelled the second interview as they needed to make a decision and didn't have time for it. Complete disregard for my time spent both on the presentation and hanging around on zoom links. Big red flag.
