It is fast, organized, well-informed, and not too complicated. The first round was 1 hour. The second round was from 8 am to 4 pm. During the process, the search committee members were so responsive, supportive, and professional.

The interview process was very straightforward. I interviewed with the hiring manager followed by a committee interview. They were very clear with their expectations and timelines and to when they would sent a response.
