3 Stage interview that starts off with an assessment in Southampton that includes colour blind test, hearing test and an efficiency test with pen and paper. Upon passing the assessment you are invited to a zoom interview and after passing the zoom interview your last stage is the in person interview

I felt like the application process went very well I had passed all of their assessments and had the right requirements, and you could see they had a hard choice to make as this is a safety critical role and so you have to make the best impression.
