Southampton Football Club interview questions

Was invited to an open day session at the training ground, then was asked to undergo an interview over the phone. It was a pleasant experience albeit unfortunately not receiving an offer.

One to One Interview in the lobby. Simple administration process, as well as a brief review of the position, including salary, applied for. Then a common interview based on my previous experience with customer service and further experience with hospitality. I received an offer the same day.
