When I applied to the company I first met with the office manager, then the COO and HR, and then the office MD. Easy basic interviewing questions were asked that you could easily practice with beforehand. Process was very easy. It took time for them to get back to me, I kept calling to ask for the next step unless declined. Be persistent.
