Very relaxed and straight to the point .
Management seemed friendly. Lots of questions about past jobs and schedule preferences. Overall a fun experience. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to put in the works and advance

Pretty standard dispatch questions, there will be a written test , the written test includes many basic dx questions like supplemental, domestic fuel FARs , weather questions like, what 3 things creates a thunderstorm, reading a international metor and taf, basic questions from the FAA written dx test.
