Phone interview/screening followed by an in-person interview with editors and a couple staff members. The visit also included a tour of the office, meeting other staff from various departments, and lunch.

Interview
Took less than a week to get hired. Met everyone, the EIC was very nice and forward about what they expected. Not too formal and very comfortable. Very descriptive and showed interest in who you are as a person not just a professional.
