Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital interview questions

After multiple interviews, a drug test, physical, orientation date, official offer letter, and telling SKY HR I put in my 2 week notice- The HR Mgr called me to rescind the offer one week before start time based on one questionable reference. I had a slew of great references, but they questioned the validity of one and withdrew the offer.
