Pretty straight forward. Friendly staff. However, interview conducted over zoom. The interview process was with the hiring manager and then the current customer service reps. Which was good to feel out who you would be working alongside.

How do you handle tough situations with customers?
I quickly got a first interview that went well and they asked for a second interview. I never got a follow-up. I reached out to inquire and never heard back!

Interview
Interesting, casual, sort of laid back. Had to make sure to be very detail oriented and personable for dealing with the consumer is a must. Organizational skills are also important.
