Interview
I was referred by a staffing agency in Tulsa, OK. Interviewed with the Purchasing Manager, who mostly talked about what a mess the company is and how the culture is really bad, as if she was trying to talk me out of wanting the job. I was very qualified (degree, years of experience) and did not miss a step during the interview, but wasn't surprised when I was not extended an offer, as I got the strong impression that she wanted to promote someone internally and the interviews were a formality. Weird experience.
