Southwestern Michigan College interview questions

I got called for phone interview then face to face with a panel of 4 people on the team, then another 3 after that session, so two total of about a half hour each. Basic questions in both, nothing too difficult, then a HR overview of benefits etc, Q and A session then a campus tour. Nice and friendly, positive overall experience

I had a phone interview which was nerve racking, after making it through that, I was brought in for an in person interview where two people sat down and went back and forth asking me questions, both were pleasant and I ended up coming away with the position. I would not be particularly nervous once you make it in for the interview as it seems that once you do, you generally end up with the position unless it is a full time faculty position.
